Mind-blowing spacious room with double height ceilings and traditional Italian decoration. Super friendly staff who spoke fluent English and arranged our taxi to the airport. Jaw-dropping breakfast with a variety of options including fresh pastries, scramble eggs, bacon, sausages, and English tea. 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi.

Hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent location and 10 minutes walk to Termini station and tourist buses. Clean, comfortable room. Good coffee and breakfast.
Room was a bit dark and the shower was not functioning properly.

Room was nice, big. aircondition could be turned on and off every time and if off there was no noise. Overall it was very quiet. Breakfast was a surprise - it was actually really good: a lot of sweet foods like filled croissants but also spicy food like ham and cheese (no big variety here, but was no problem for me). WiFi for 5euro/180minutes was also working nice. Sheets and towels were changed every day. The location was also really nice - only 5min. walk to termini railwaystation. And during the walk we found nice trattoria/pizzerias which serve good food for a reasonable price.
The bed was not that comfy, because there was only a wooden board instead of a real lath floor. Anyway, it was still okay to sleep there for a few nights!

We were impressed with the warm welcome from the Database Staff, even though we arrived late at night. the room at Hotel Prince Galles had a cool set up with a loft, allowing us to have separate sleeping areas. We loved that each bed had varying hardness so we could pick the one that suited us best. the hotel's location was ideal, with the metro station just a few steps away. There was also a conveniently located food store called "Pam" nearby, which took care of all our food and water needs. As bike riders, we appreciated the convenient location and amenities offered by the hotel.
Felt very lucky, no complaints whatsoever.

A nice hotel located close to Roma Termini. We reached the hotel in the morning whereas the check in time was 1400 hrs. The friendly staff allowed us to use hotel common facilities before checking in on the first day of the booking and also kept our luggage safely for a few hrs on the next day after checking out. An overall decent place with a god location both to Line A and Line B of the metro.
The hotel is in two parts and if you are staying on the side not close to the main road, you have to walk around the block to go to the restaurant.

This hotel is a great value for money and offers competitive prices for a stay in Rome. The location is ideal, right next to a major train station with easy access to all the tourist spots in the city. The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of good restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The rooms are tastefully decorated with traditional Italian furnishings and have high ceilings, giving them a charming touch.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the room.
The waitress in the breakfast buffet they were offensive. The buffet included scramble gags. Once the scramble eggs were finished they refused to serve more, before ten o’clock. There were several times when the guests have to argue with them for the scramble eggs. They will tell the guest to eat the boil eggs instead of making more scramble eggs. I think this was kind of insane. I don’t believe that the eggs are that expensive. When I was drinking my coffee they will start cleaning the table where I was still setting drinking it. I think they do not understand other cultures or they did not care to understand.

Nice and spacious room. Clean and fully functional bathroom.
I was travelling with my wife and five year old son. We could have slept in a double room using the existing bedding but the hotel insisted on us taking a triple room.

Nothing, the staff was too rude
No waiter, pld building with poor facilities, plastic glass, not clean, rude staff, not edjucated staff specially in breakfast service, poor bathroom, The price is much more than similar hotels like tha, There are alot of hotel just 1 minute away that with more facilities and cleaner with cheaper price, The hote give money from you as 4 star hotel and its facilitis is like one star hotel. I recently had a fantastic stay in a hotel that exceeded my expectations. the value for money was exceptional, with very reasonable prices for the quality of service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the charming traditional Italian decoration in the rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being close to Termini station and within walking distance of many of the city's popular tourist attractions. All in all, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay.
The only minor issue was that the breakfast could be improved slightly, with the bread occasionally tasting a bit stale. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience at the hotel.

Location amazing although near to main station, it's quite nice (and looking safe neighborhood), did not expect. On the same time, it's very good geographically to visit Rome for a few days.. Also liked the look of room.
breakfast menu looked quite poor. The rest is good or at least "OK" :)

He cancelled our reservation without any notice and he mooved us in an other hotel 10 minutes north from Galles which was almost closed and the reception was not there. The bbreakfast of this hotel (dock hotel) was very poor.
They are not professionals and they don't respect their clients. If you can't serve your clients and your bookings then find another job.
